Cancellation and Reschedule

We are a friendly company; we will do our best to assist students in the event of exceptional or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation and reschedule fees apply:

Students who cancel their enrolment on a day or after a training program has commenced will not be entitled to a refund of fees.

Where a student has purchased a text or training workbooks and subsequently cancels, Chanel Olivier Académie will not refund monies for the text.

Cancellation and reschedule fees apply:

Student who cancels their enrolment 2 days before the commencement of a training program will be entitled to a full refund of fees paid.

Any cancellation of course made less than 2 days prior to the course will result in $50 fee.

Student who cancels their enrolment after a training program has commenced will not be entitled to a refund of fees.

Student who cancels 1 day prior to the course date will be entitled to a 25% refund of fees paid.

Rescheduling of a course booking is permitted free of charge before a training program has commenced.

Rescheduling after a training program has commenced will attract a $25 reschedule fee.
